Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data — including fuel records, vehicle data, trips, maintenance records, and uploaded documents — is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Crash report and analytics data retained by third-party services are subject to their respective retention policies.

Refuelr is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We rely on the age confirmation provided during account creation to verify that users meet the minimum age requirement.
